Information you provide
We store your email address when you verify it to create or access an account. A sourcing request may include your name, email, business name, destination market and product requirements. An order request includes your account, contact name, business name if provided, destination, notes and selected products. We use this information to respond, prepare quotations and follow up on your requests.
Sign-in and security
One-time email codes are used to verify email access. Codes expire after 10 minutes. Sign-in sessions use an essential cookie that can last up to 30 days. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address and a Google account identifier; we do not receive your Google password. Security records are used to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
Service providers and sharing
The website is hosted on a cloud server. Email verification messages are delivered through the configured email provider. If you use Google sign-in, Google handles that authentication step under its own policies. We use request information to coordinate sourcing, inspection and shipment; relevant order details may need to be shared with suppliers, inspectors or shipping partners to fulfil a confirmed request. We do not sell account information.
Storage and your choices
Account, request and order records remain available for service follow-up until removed by the site operator. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may need to be kept for an ongoing order or applicable record-keeping obligations. You may browse the site and submit a sourcing enquiry without creating an account; an account is required for ready-stock order requests.
